This Privacy Policy applies to the Apple Watch Store iOS application ("App") developed and published by Chapter Networks. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and all applicable data protection laws.

3. Data We Collect

3.1 Data You Enter

The App allows you to browse products, add items to a shopping cart, save favourites, and check out with Apple Pay. The following data may be stored locally on your device:

• Favourites — products you save for quick access
• Shopping cart — items you add, including quantities and selections
• Order history — a local log of completed purchases

All data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no access to this data.

3.2 Apple Pay

Payments are processed entirely by Apple's PassKit framework. No credit card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials are collected, stored, or transmitted by the App. Apple Pay transactions are handled by Apple and your payment network — the App never sees your card data.

3.3 Automatic Technical Data

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any analytics, crash reports, diagnostic data, or usage statistics. No third-party analytics SDKs are included in the App.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData storage mechanisms. Your data never leaves your device. Deleting the App from your device permanently removes all stored data.

5. No Advertising, No Tracking

The App contains no advertising. We do not use any tracking technologies, advertising networks, or profiling. No third-party SDKs are included. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Apple Watch Store stores all data locally on your device and does not transfer any data to servers inside or outside the European Union. No cross-border data transfers occur as a result of using the App.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

Because we do not collect or process your personal data on our servers, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion) are exercisable directly through the App or your device settings. You may:

• Delete all App data by deleting the App from your device

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
