This Privacy Policy applies to the Which Week iOS application ("App") developed and published by Chapter Networks. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and all applicable data protection laws.

3. Data We Collect

Which Week collects no personal data of any kind.

3.1 User Preferences

The only information stored by the App is the date or week you have selected within the app (e.g. the currently displayed week). This preference data:

• Stays entirely on your device
• Is never transmitted to Chapter Networks or any third party
• Is not linked to your identity in any way

3.2 Automatic Technical Data

The App makes no network requests whatsoever. It operates entirely on-device. No analytics, crash-reporting, or diagnostic SDKs are included. No usage statistics are collected or transmitted.

3.3 Widgets

Which Week includes Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. These widgets read only the current date from your device to calculate and display the current ISO week number. They access no personal data, location, health data, or any other sensitive information.

4. Data Storage and Security

The only data stored by Which Week is your selected date or week preference, held locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device. There is no iCloud sync, no server-side storage, and no network communication of any kind.

5. No Advertising, No Tracking

The App contains no advertising. We do not use any tracking technologies, advertising networks, or profiling. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Which Week makes no network requests and stores no data outside your device. No data is transferred to servers inside or outside the European Union.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

Because we do not collect or process your personal data on our servers, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion) are exercisable directly through the App or your device settings. You may:

• Delete all App data by deleting the App from your device

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and, for material changes, within the App. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
